Our on-staff Care Coordinators complete full home care assessments with clients in need of personal home care in your area. From day one, a Senior Helpers Care Coordinator is personally and actively involved in your loved one’s care. First, one of our team will conduct a full interview and design a customized care plan. She will then supervise the caregiver, conduct periodic visits, and monitor your loved one’s care to make sure it stays in line with his or her changing needs.
One of our Care Coordinators will also visit your loved one on a regular basis to assess any possible "red flags" you need to be aware of or new care options you may want to consider.
